Land Acquisition Procedure
Before purchasing a land plot, potential buyers should ensure the transparency and legality of all documentation at the planning stage. This is necessary to avoid the risk of acquiring seized or mortgaged land. If you decide to purchase land through our company, you can rest assured that such unpleasant force majeure circumstances will not affect you. We verify not only the legal capacity of the land owners, but also their rights to the land and the legal validity of each contract.
To complete a purchase and sale transaction, you will need to prepare the following documents:
• title to the land;
• land appraisal from a government expert;
• a report confirming that the land is free of any restrictions;
• land appraisal;
• consent of all persons involved in the transaction (spouse of the buyer and seller);
• marriage certificates (divorce certificates, death certificates) of both the seller and the buyer;
• documents confirming that the land is free of any restrictions on alienation.
A legal transaction with documents should only be completed after a thorough review of the documentation. Please note that this package of documents is sufficient for Ukrainian citizens. Foreign citizens must follow a slightly different procedure for acquiring land in Mykulychyn.
Purchase of Land by Foreign Citizens
