Estimated prices for construction work:

- Assembled and insulated frame of the house + roof, without wall decoration inside and from the side of the street - 350-400 $ per sq.m.

-Finishing of walls on both sides, turnkey communications - 550-650 $ per sq.m

-Finished house "come in and live" with arrangement of the territory next to the house - $ 700-1000 per sq.m.
